Golem Account Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your account at any time by logging into the account and canceling any outstanding monthly subscriptions via the "My Account" link. [It appears that for some customers, this option is not appearing appropriately. For an immediate cancellation, plase send a message via contact form.] When you cancel a subscription account, the subscription benefits will remain in effect until the last day of the billing cycle, at which point subscription benefits will be lost. All users who have purchased any products retain access to purchased products and information, even after a subscription has been canceled. Accounts in canceled status will not have any new information generated unless and until subscription services are resumed or one time product functionality is purchased. You may request permanent removal of your account by contacting Customer Service at [email protected] and requesting data be deleted related to your account. A good faith effort will be made to remove all account data as outlined in our privacy policy

Security Scan Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of the reports, refunds are not generally offered on one time scans. Customers enrolled in a monthly plan may be eligible for a refund if the account is canceled within 10 days of a billing cycle. In these cases, customers may contact customer service at [email protected] to request a full refund for the current month. If a refund is granted, current month subscription benefits will be removed as of the date the refund is granted. Refunds will be given at the sole discretion of Golem Technologies, as Golem Technologies representatives see fit. Due to the informational nature of the products offered by Golem Technologies, refunds will be given on a case by case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund for any reason, please contact Customer Service, and we will make every effort to handle your claim.
